Fans of Vicious Biscuit say it’s as good as it sounds, and it all starts with expertly executed biscuits. Good enough to eat on their own, the biscuits can be ordered as sandwiches or topped with everything from fried chicken to jumbo lump crab meat to eggs benedict. The menu at Vicious Biscuit also has a traditional American breakfast, keto bowl, yogurt parfait and an oatmeal bowl. The restaurant also serves Bloody Marys, mimosas and other brunch-friendly cocktails.

The company opened its first restaurant in 2018 and quickly opened five successive locations afterwards. In 2023, it launched a franchising program and a flurry of activity followed. According to a press release, there are currently 40 locations in the works across many different states. The company has said it expects to have 75 stores open within the next five years.
