The New York location of Rumba offers “island-inspired food” and premium rum cocktails. On its official website, the restaurant says it is dedicated to making guests feel like they are taking an island vacation, without having to jump on a plane. Notable dishes at the restaurant include Coconut Shrimp, Luau Pork Tenderloin, and an assortment of tacos featuring tropical flavors.
