The Wagyulicious food trailer in Baton Rouge has been slinging wagyu beef burgers and cuts of meats since 2022, and the owners are preparing to open a brick-and-mortar location called Wagyulicious Burgers & Brews at 11950 Cloverland St., according to a permit filing with the City of Baton Rouge.
A post on the company’s Facebook page explains that Wagyulicious serves beef from cows raised “on our own farm” that is “carefully nurtured to produce the finest, most tender beef you’ll ever taste.” Another post suggests that the wagyu beef will also be used to make beef tartare sushi rolls at the upcoming Wagyulicious Burgers & Brews.
